Uniforms & Custom Apparel

Cecil County, Maryland (County) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide uniforms and custom apparel for County employees. The objective is to source high-quality, durable, and professionally designed uniforms that adhere to our standards while enhancing the County's image. Vendors will be asked to submit samples of selected proposed products for evaluation.

The County shall be seeking requests for catalog discount for ordering various apparel on an as-needed basis. Vendors will be asked to provide pricing for the purchase and/or rental of specific garments. Vendors are NOT required to submit pricing for all three different categories, they may submit pricing on 1, 2 or all 3 categories.

The selected vendors will demonstrate exceptional customer service and reliability in shipping and order fulfillment. The County is also interested in the possibility of a rental option for certain types of uniforms which shall be clearly marked on the bid sheet. The ability to offer a rental option is not a minimum requirement. The County reserves the ability to award to one or more bidders.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is divided into three (3) categories.

• Catalog Discount % Percentage
• Standard Uniform and Apparel - Purchase
• Standard Uniform and Apparel - Rental

Proposers are not required to bid on all categories/items.
