The Town of Trumbull (hereafter Town) on behalf of the Hillcrest Middle School Building Committee (hereafter HMSBC) is seeking to contract with a qualified commissioning agent (hereafter CXA) to provide commissioning services in coordination with the design team (hereafter A/E Team) and the Owner’s Project Manager (hereafter PM) for the construction of a new, grades 6 – 8 middle school (Project). The A/E Team is led by TSKP Studio, and the PM is Arcadis-US, Inc. The Construction Manager at Risk is Bismark Construction.
