Description
BC Assessment requires a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial cleaning services for its Cranbrook office located at 200-117 Cranbrook Street North, Cranbrook, B.C. The space is 5,950 sq. ft. in area and has on average 30 staff.
BC Assessment anticipates entering into a 2-year contract with the selected Proponent with one 2-year option to renew on substantially the same terms and conditions, at BC Assessment’s sole discretion. The contract will outline specific deliverables and performance criteria that must be met in order for a subsequent contract to be negotiated.
