Energy Consulting Services

The City of Upper Arlington is soliciting proposals from qualified energy consultants to assist in evaluating, procuring, and managing an energy supply agreement for city facility energy consumption needs. The consultant will support the city in reviewing energy usage, developing a competitive bidding process, and selecting the best energy suppliers while advising on sustainable energry choices with finanical considerations. Additionally, the consultant will review and assess the city’s current electric aggregation program. This will include analyzing the existing program, evaluating its effectiveness, and providing a review to ensure the program is achieving its goals of cost savings, sustainability, and reliability for residents and businesses.
