Crosby High School Boy's Locker Room Renovation

The City of Waterbury, Department of Education (hereinafter “City”), is seeking a contractor to perform renovations to the Boys Locker Room Area at Crosby High School. The project consists of demolition, flooring LVT install, epoxy flooring installation, ceiling replacement, painting, lighting replacement, ceramic tile restoration, shower modifications, and associated electrical and finish work. The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain qualified contractors capable of performing the work in a professional manner while maintaining a safe working environment within an occupied school building.

There will be a mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on October 13, 2026, 9:00AM, 300 Pierpont Rd Wtby CT 06705. ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE Information Session IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
