Project Description: Work shall consist of roadway restoration and reconstruction through excavation and/or milling of existing pavement, placement of stone aggregate subbase, Superpave bituminous base and wearing courses totaling approximately 17,000 square yards at several locations throughout the Borough including streets and alleys.
