Although the District is legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit this bid electronically through this ebidding platform. Respondents must register as a supplier to be able to respond electronically. Instructions for using Ionwave have been included in the Attachments Tab. For assistance with this submittal, please call 210-407-0175. Faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted.

At the discretion of the Respondent and as permitted by law, one (1) printed original copy (hardcopy) with “wet-ink” signatures is acceptable to be submitted to the District’s Procurement & eCommerce on a sealed and addressed envelope before the submission deadline in lieu of an electronic submission. Include one (1) USB digital version of the complete hardcopy submission for District use.

If an original hard copy is submitted, in addition to your Firm’s name, clearly address the sealed envelope on the outside as follows:
