Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of 1:1 K-12 Student Services, particularly benefiting rural students who often lack access to resources from Student Success Agency (SSA) as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. SSA offers a mix variety of services that include, but are not limited to personalized coaching and mentoring, 1:1 tutoring across various subjects (e.g., math, voice lessons), mental health support for students, tracking of services for federal reporting requirements. The unique specifications of SSA are crucial to the success of Oregon GEAR UP by: direct support for rural students, tailored coaching and mentoring, comprehensive tutoring, mental health supports for students and schools, data tracking for compliance. Student services are available 24/7. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at
