NOTICE TO BIDDERS
CITY OF PLEASANT HILL, IOWA
SPRING CREEK STABILIZATION AND CULVERT IMPROVEMENTS
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Pleasant Hill, Iowa on the proposed contract documents (plans, specifications, and form of contract) and estimated cost for the improvement at its meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in said Council Chambers of the City Hall, 5160 Maple Dr. Suite A, Pleasant Hill, Iowa 50327 for the Pleasant Hill Spring Creek Stabilization and Culvert Improvements Project.
Sealed bids for the work comprising each improvement as stated below must be filed before 2:00 p.m. according to the clock in the Office of the City Clerk on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in the Office of the City Clerk, 5160 Maple Dr. Suite A, Pleasant Hill, Iowa 50327. Bids received after the deadline for submission of bids as stated herein shall not be considered and shall be returned to the late bidder unopened.
Sealed proposals will be opened and bids tabulated at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in the Office of the City Clerk, 5160 Maple Dr. Suite A, Pleasant Hill, Iowa 50327 for consideration by the City Council at its meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in said Council Chambers.
