Summary Project Description: The City of Chandler Turf to Xeriscape project consists of converting turf grass to xeriscape landscape in eight city-maintained sites within the City of Chandler. Work must be completed within consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer’s Estimate range is $5 million - $ 7 million .
