Jefferson Lab (JLab) has posted the solicitation for the HKS supplies on our Solicitation Bulletin Board – http://www1.jlab.org/ul/Bus_ops/ . All documents listed on the RFP form PD-6 can be viewed and downloaded from the solicitation bulletin board.




  • If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation, be sure to register for this specific solicitation on the above website and let me know by a return email. Any amendments or other information associated with the requirement will be posted on the Solicitation Bulletin Board, and by registering you will be automatically notified when postings occur.

  • Please reference Solicitation NO. JSA-25-R441768 on all communication to JLab related to this solicitation.

  • If you are not interested in providing a proposal for this requirement, please send a “No Bid” notification via email to the address below no later than 9/17/2025.





Please note the following dates:




  • Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to me not later than 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on 9/11/2025.

  • Proposals are due no later than 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on September 17, 2025. Please note that award on initial offers can be made. Therefore, any issues or questions should be resolved prior to submission of bids.
