Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking a quality NYC childcare provider(s) in the City to provide a demonstration pilot for quality care year-round on City property. DCAS is leveraging unused City property to make free/affordable onsite childcare available for City employees who have pre-school aged children. EPIN 85626D0001
This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Demonstration Method, Section 3-11 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. Site Visit is scheduled before the Pre-Proposal Conference at 10am on 11/6/25 at 1 Centre St, 18 Floor Pre-Bid Room, New York NY, 10007. It is highly recommended for vendors to attend the Site Visit. P re-Proposal Conference will be held immediatelly after the Site Visit (approximatelly at 10:45am), in person and also virtually.
