The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Al Forge Park (2022 Bond) project.

Scope: The City of San Antonio seeks a qualified bidder to provide all construction, modifications, and supply materials and equipment necessary for the successful completion of the AL FORGE PARK (2022 BOND) project. The park improvements for bond year 2022 will include new concrete pathway, park benches, dog waste station, revegetation, pedestrian trail lighting and light pole footings.
Add Alternate #1 consists of a shade structure over existing swing set and poured-in-place rubber surfacing to replace existing worn and frayed surfacing.
Add Alternate #2 consists of a variety of shade and ornamental trees throughout the park as well as an automatic underground irrigation system.
