Ohio Department of Health (ODH) - WIC Shopper Application

The mobile application is a custom palette aimed at helping with increasing redemption and retention by ensuring WIC participants have the tools and resources to make shopping for WIC benefits as easy and as efficiently as possible. WIC supports 22 languages.

In December 2024, 83,103 Ohio families utilized a mobile application. Since implementation in 2018, over 252,000 users have registered. Additionally, WIC participants continue to provide positive feedback on this valuable resource a mobile application is to use.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000030434.  Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ ODH RFP #SRC0000030434/DOH56991 - Technical Proposa l” and " ODH RFP #SRC0000030434/DOH56991 - Cost Proposa l” as appropriate.
