Solicitation Summary
CCPS is seeking sealed bids for the Cecil Manor Elementary School - HVAC Replacement Project - Rebid.
,The project scope is a systemic renovation of the existing Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. The building HVAC systems will be replaced, including air handling units, rooftop units, air terminal units, and fan coil units. The kitchen hoods will remain, but the hood exhaust fan and makeup air unit will be replaced. Terminal heating equipment such as cabinet unit heaters, unit heaters, and convectors, will be replaced.

Questions regarding this bid may be submitted through OPENGOV until Noon, Wednesday, September 24, 2025, (12 noon EST). Responses to the questions will be addressed in an addendum and posted on OPENGOV.
