Scope of Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to engage with a qualified Contractor for various installation, maintenance, repairs and upgrades to the County’s physical and electronic Genetec™-based security, video surveillance and access control systems. The awarded contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, equipment, labor and supervision as necessary to install, construct, maintain, calibrate, provide managed services, refurbish and replace any components or security system projects associated with the County’s Genetec™ security systems. The awarded contractor will also supply technical and programming services to maintain and optimize various security databases and systems associated with the County’s electronic security, video surveillance and access control systems countywide.
