The deliverable will be a network monitoring tool that can be used to provide timely assistance to our County partners for troubleshooting network and application issues. It also provides historical data that assists with projecting the bandwidth needs of each site on the network and helps with decisions to upgrade as well as adjust QoS settings to provide network connected users with the best possible use of the network resources. Other uses of this product are to provide Inventory of network resources as well as network connected devices. Mapping/location of network connected resources as well as identify problems generated by the different devices and the reports that help with the resolution of the issues found. The tool is also used by OARNet to monitor the OON network. It helps that JFS is using the same tool that OARNet is using. When troubleshooting a network issue, we know what the tool is capable of and can ask for specific reports to help narrow down and isolate the problems. The purpose of this request is to renew the existing network monitoring and troubleshooting product.

This is solicitation geared toward leveraging a DAS contract. JFS will seek to award the quote based on the lowest responsive and responsible DAS contract bidder. Non-DAS contract quotes will not be considered.  Quoted pricing must be at or lower than current DAS contract pricing.  The items must be on the DAS contract you are referencing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.
1.Quote provided on Company Letterhead and must contain contact name, business phone number(s) and e-mail address

2.Quotes must be valid for 60 days from the ODJFS quote request end date.

3.MBE vendors are required to provide their Certified Ohio MBE vendor number and the expiration date of their MBE Certification on the quote.

4.MBE vendors who are an STS or MMA vendor must include the vendor Contract Number on the quote (if applicable) .

5.Quote from your active/current STS or MMA (if applicable), include the STS or MMA item number (if applicable) , description and the associated reduced price on the quote.

6.Quantity and unit price for each line item value must be included, even if item cost is $0.00.

7. Vendor must have funding available to fulfill the order in its’ entirety.
