2026 Aerated Static Pile Facility Construction - 26-535-ASP-C

Project Description: The Project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work, which generally consists of the following:
• Demolition and disposal of structures and asphalt.
• Excavation, stockpiling and backfilling.
• Connection to existing electrical utilities
• Installation of electrical conduit, cable, equipment, and instruments.
• Installation of irrigation and contact water piping, and other piping, including all valves, fittings and appurtenances.
• Installation of contact water sump and process water tank, including associated pumps
and controls, and inlet and outlet piping and supports.
• Installation of concrete slabs and pads, pre-cast concrete walls, bin blocks, and bollards
• Installation of trench drains and associated concrete and piping.
• Installation of aeration fan, piping, pipe supports, valves, instruments and aeration trench components.
• Installation of asphalt pavement.
• Installation of an office trailer.
• Installation of signage and appurtenances.
• Installation of sprinklers, hoses, heat trace, insulation and appurtenances.
• Installation of control panel and associated systems. Perform all necessary checkout, start-up, and testing of systems.
• Provide coordination, shutdown procedures, and connections to existing electric utilities.
• Providing temporary field offices, storage, sanitary facilities, power, and communication equipment.
• Surveying, site preparation, erosion and sediment controls and restoration.
