Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: WORLD INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND LEARNING, LTD

Revision of “The Good Teacher” training for US Army Cadet Command (USACC) JROTC, Fort Knox, KY.

Revision for “The Good Teacher” Training for approximately 4,000 JROTC instructors working in the High School environment. Cadet Command identified the Critical Thinking and Ethical Decision Making for Instructors VEILS used for the JROTC training to be upgraded to include the real life scenarios that are more reflective of current culture and make a positive impact on the behavior of JROTC instructors.

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) -Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to WORLD INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND LEARNING, LTD located at 10000 Falls Rd Ste 305, POTOMAC, MD 20854-4103 to support the USACC JROTC program, Fort Knox, KY.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 23 October 2024, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 23 October 2024, 11:00 A.M.
