Department of Transportation /Maritime Administration has a need for Removing and Scrapping Three Steel Underground NO.2 Heating Oil Storage Tanks at Delano & O’Hara Hall (SOW) for USMMA. Site visit is scheduled on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 10:30am at USMMA. See the RFQ for emailing attendees names by Monday, August 24, 2026 before 12pm ET. All questions are due by August 26, 2026, 2pm ET and The RFQ will close on September 9, 2026 due to time constraints. All proposals must be emailed to durba.ray@dot.gov before the close of the RFQ. Past Peformance questionnaires must be directly email by the offeror's reference directly to durba.ray@dot.gov before the close of the RFQ. See the RFQ and it's attachments.
The purpose of amendment one is to extend the RFQ closing date to Septmeber 11, 2026, 2PM ET. Incorporate Attachment 1- Amendmen One - Updated RFQ and incorporate and attach Attachment 2-Amendment one - Questions and answers under the RFQ. All terms and conditions remain unchanged. No extension or additional questions will be allowed due to time constraints of the requirement to be awarded by Septmeber of 2026. All Volumes to the RFQ must be emailed to durba.ray@dot.gov and cc brian.wiley.ctr@dot.gov prior to the close of the RFQ. Past Performance questionniares must be directly sent to durba.ray@dot.gov offeror's reference.
Amendment two is issued to delete clause FAR 52.211-12 Liquidated Damages- Construction (Sept 2000) from section F.4 of the solicitation in it's entirety and to extend the RFQ closing date to Monday, September 14, 2026, 11:30AM. EST. All terms and conditions remain unchanged. Do not forget to submit the signed Amendment two with your propropsal prior to the close of the RFQ. Past Performance questionnires must be emailed directly to durba.ray@dot.gov by the offerors reference before the close of the RFQ.
Amendment three is issued to extend the RFQ closing date to 9/15/2026, 11:30am ET. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Submit all signed SF1449 and all (SF30) amendments. Acknowledge Amendment three with your proposal.
