Ohio Department of Health-DOH57426-Bureau of Maternal Child & Family Health-Lactation Training Offering-RDQ

The Bureau of Maternal Child & Family Health aim to contract with a vendor who can provide  lactation training to community partners that serve underrepresented populations which would result in staff who are trained lactation consultants or specialists. This specific and important training will continue to help improve breastfeeding rates in these populations.

Offerors will need to review the attached RDQ DOH57426 for Lactation Training Offerings #SRC0000030411. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost form/proposal as part of its total Proposal before the closing date and time, which is 05/20/2025 at 3PM. If no qualifed bids are received, ODH reserves the right to post additional rounds to allow more time for qualified bidders to submit proposals.

The Offeror must title the electronic files with “DOH RDQ #SRC0000030411/DOH57426 -- Technical Proposal” and "DOH RDQ #SRC0000030411/DOH57426 - - Cost Form_Proposal” as appropriate.

Please note there is not a page minimum or maximum for the technical proposal and bidders should refer to technical evaluation criterion on the RDQ document for guidance.  The cost proposal should include the completed Excel Cost Proposal Form.
