Solicitation Summary

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the selected offeror(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”). The scope of services includes providing automated speed enforcement (ASE) equipment, system operators, data collection services, customer service, citation processing, adjudication support, and payment processing for the Maryland SafeZones program.

The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) Office of Procurement and Contract Management (OPCM) is issuing Addendum No. 10 to the above-referenced solicitation. This Addendum revises the Proposal Due (Closing) Date and Time. All proposals are due September 23rd, 2025, at 2:00 PM Local Time.
