Project Description: Charlotte Water is seeking a Company to clean contaminated sediment from the 36-inch outfall to the Irwin Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Work includes cleaning the main, collecting dislodged sediment, transporting it to the treatment operations on the premises of the Irwin Creek WWTP, dewatering, and safe disposal of the contaminant.
