Site Visit with Pre-Proposal Conference: Friday, September 5, 2025, with the site visiting beginning at 10:00 to be followed by the Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference. VENDOR MUST RSVP TO ATTEND (Attachment-2.-Pre-Bid Pre-Proposal-Conference-Response-Form). Vendors may elect to participate in the Pre-Proposal Conference virtually. The site visit will not have a virtual option. NO RSVP WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE STATED TIME ON ATTACHMENT 2. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY SITE VISIT SCHEDULED FOR THIS SOLICITATION.
