Project Description: The City of Dallas (the“City”) is soliciting proposals for a five-year contract with two, one-year renewal options, for the collection, transportation, and resale of withdrawn library materials from the Dallas Public Library, sharing a percentage of the proceeds with Dallas Public Library. Services will be ordered on an as-needed basis during the term of this contract.
