Description:
USC is seeking architectural and engineering services for the replacement of the HVAC system (fan coils, pumps, and piping) at Harper Elliott College (approx.12,000 GSF) as well as provide various interior architectural upgrades (offices, student lunge, meeting rooms). Minor renovations (bathroom ADA) may also be required in the DeSaussure Building.
