The 700th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-price commercial contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to deliver a fully integrated Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) system for a Large Conference Rooms at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
The installed system must support both SIPR (Secret) and NIPR (Unclassified) operations without requiring HVAC renovations. The contractor shall be responsible for physical installation, wiring, device configuration, programming, and comprehensive end-user training. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This requirement is subject to a Brand Name Restriction for CISCO products, a justification will be issued with the soliciation.
This requirement is being solicited directly to a pre-established pool of local vendors that will be able to submit quotations via email.
Due to the critical requirement for immediate, on-site installation, facility infrastructure integration,and local warranty/troubleshooting support) the physical RFQ package is being issued directly to a pre-vetted local pool of qualified OCONUS contractors. Any vendor who believes they can meet the local German electrical standards, and immediate warranty response requirements without incurring mobilization delays may request a copy of the RFQ directly from the Contracting Officer listed.
