NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Upper Macungie Township is soliciting Qualifications and Proposals for the following:

RFQ #2026-08.01 – Community Lifestyle Center Concessions Operations

Sealed bids will be accepted for the Community Lifestyle Center Concessions Operations until 12:00 p.m. on  Thursday, September 24th, 2026, and should be delivered to the Township Secretary, Upper Macungie Township, 7540 Windsor Drive, Suite 311, Allentown, PA, 18106. On the exterior of the proposal envelope should appear “PROPOSAL ENCLOSED” and “RFQ #2026-08.01”.

On Thursday September 24th, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., bids shall be publicly opened and read at the Upper Macungie Township Community Lifestyle Center, 340 Grange Road, Multipurpose Room.

Copies of bid documents, including plans and specifications, may be viewed, and obtained at the Upper Macungie Township Offices Located at 7540 Windsor Drive, Suite 311, Allentown, PA, 18106 and 340 Grange Road, Allentown, PA 18106 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on regular workdays, and on our website at www.uppermac.org.

Upper Macungie Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid which it determines is in its best interests.
