Description
The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is requesting Proposals for General Contractor Services. Proposals are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Late Proposals will not be accepted.
Project work includes providing general construction management, construction and administration of a variety of construction projects on an as-needed basis for various DeKalb County departments.
DeKalb County has partnered with OpenGov and is excited to announce our transition from a paper-based solicitation process to a fully automated, eProcurement system. You must register for an OpenGov account in order to access the County's portal for all open solicitations.
