Putnam Gardens Roof Replacement Project
Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, acting on behalf of Putnam Gardens LLC, the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Putnam Gardens Roof Replacement Project at 64 Magee St, Cambridge, MA 02139 .
The project consists of a full roof replacement for (3) three, three-story residential apartment buildings with flat membrane roofs. The work shall include the replacement of edge metal flashing and all roof accessories.
The work is estimated to cost $1,000,000.
