Friday, November 21, 2025. The Cityof Waco has issued this Request for Qualifications to select a qualified501(c)3 nonprofit organization(s) to serve as the financial counseling provider.This RFQ is targeted towards organizations that can effectively implementhigh-volume, quality, one on- one financial counseling services to low-income individuals/families in areas and to populations in high need.
