Notice of Upcoming Solicitation: Programming Notifier Sounder Bases



Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date, and no responses are requested at this time. The U.S. Government plans to issue the solicitation in August 2025. Once available, the solicitation will be published on the SAM.gov website.



Project Scope:

This project involves programming 14 installed Notifier by Honeywell sounder bases to ensure seamless integration with the existing Notifier fire alarm system. All work must:




  • Adhere to manufacturer specifications and applicable compliance standards.

  • Comply with U.S., Spanish, and European fire safety codes.



The contractor will be responsible for providing all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to perform the required services as outlined in the contract.



Key Details:




  • Performance Period: The performance period will be specified in the solicitation.

  • Contract Type: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Award may be made based on initial offers without discussions.
