Description

Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure all planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, assembly, and demobilization as necessary to provide one (1) 14-feet x 65-feet  factory prefabricated substation Control Building with all components including miscellaneous equipment for the DISTRICT’S Seward 115 kV Substation in accordance with the Contract.  The CONTACTOR shall assemble the 14-feet x 65-feet Control Building on pier foundations designed and installed by others.

A non-mandatory Microsoft Teams Meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., CDT. The purpose of the Microsoft Teams Meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the Microsoft Teams Meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this Microsoft Teams Meeting. If you plan to participate in the Microsoft Teams Meeting, call in information can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
