THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing for Hot Water Boiler Building 24 for the following location: Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744.

Interested parties should provide the following information:

2. UEI number and CAGE code.
3. Business size status under NAICS code 333414.
4. Existing government Contract Number/ Contract for this scope and expiration date.

6. Estimated lead time for delivery.
Responses are due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov by 10:00AM EST on Thursday, July 09, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought.
