The Town of Bridgewater is seeking a qualified Engineering Service to conduct a visual conditional assessment of the North Parkade parking structure; including revision of the maintenance schedule; and provide revised cost estimates for the maintenance program. The report is to include an expected life cycle and order of magnitude replacement cost.
