Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the purchase and installation of non-sparking, industrial-grade downdraft air filtration equipment for the Composites Lab at the Harlingen campus. This equipment is essential to ensure the health and safety of students and faculty working with materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and resins. The system must support safe, OSHA-compliant air quality conditions for instructional use and meet all state and federal procurement and safety requirements.
