DHS is seeking to Support Individuals Moving out of Congregate Settings to their Own Home.
DHS, through its Disability Services Division, is seeking to support individuals with disabilities who wish to move out of congregate settings into their own home.
The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for eighteen (18) months, from January 1, 2026, until June 30, 2027. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
