Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: The Department of Health and Human Services
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to produce a multimedia marketing campaign for the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Public Affairs and Education (DHHS) that increase public awareness of (i) the benefits of strong communication skills, particularly between a minor and the minor's parent or guardian; and (ii) the harms associated with poor communication or a lack of communication. The campaign shall also promote: (i) the destigmatization of mental health issues; (ii) the personal and community benefits of effective communication; (iii) tips and advice on how to effectively communicate; and (iv) resources to support minors if they are struggling with mental illness.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract will be for 5 years. However, funding for each of the 5 years is dependent upon allocation for the Utah State Legislature.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for one year.
