Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Lead
Synopsis:

Public safety and emergency response roles expose personnel to critical and potentially traumatic incidents that can impact psychological health, operational effectiveness, and retention. A coordinated Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) program helps stabilize responders, reduce the risk of adverse outcomes, and connect people to timely, appropriate supports. To ensure consistent, high-quality service, the organization requires a designated CISM Program Lead, to provide strategic direction, operational coordination, quality assurance, and liaison across peer teams, clinicians, leadership, and external partners.
