On September 24, 2025, the City of Tolleson launched a new online portal for vendors to submit bids online, powered by OpenGov, the leader in AI and ERP solutions for local and state governments.
With OpenGov Procurement & Contract Management, the City of Tolleson will operate more efficiently by adapting to changing vendor and policy needs, while strengthening public trust by leveraging automated transparency tools. The National Procurement Institute recently certified the software with an AEP certification after demonstrating capabilities to run a modern procurement program that is specific to supplier engagement and evaluations.
With the implementation of OpenGov, the City of Tolleson expects to improve its procurement process through:
