Description
Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the City) is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in interior design, architecture and space planning, meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20251189-REFM-RFP - Scope of Work. Interested parties (Respondents) are required to respond to the RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
Term of the contract is expected to be a 2-year period, with one possible 1-year extension.
The RFP will be administered through the City's electronic procurement portal (the Supplier Portal).
Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and comlying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
