Grand County reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.

Viewing Hours:

• 7 AM – 4 PM Monday – Thursday starting September 29, 2025 and ending October 9, 2025

Bids must be received:

• Before 3:30 PM on Thursday October 9, 2025
• Bid on each item separately
• Enclose each bid in its own individual envelope
• Each bid must contain contact info and VIN number

Successful Bidders:

• Will be notified by end of day on October 13, 2025
• Equipment must be removed no later than 3 PM on Thursday October 23, 2025
• Payment is expected on or before the time of removal
• Payment may be in the form of cashier’s check or cash

Sealed Bids:

• Bids must be sent to or dropped off at the Grand County Road & Bridge Office (467 E Topaz Ave Granby, CO 80446)
