Notice of Intent to Direct Award

Issue Date:  March 14, 2025

Overview:

Notice is hereby given by The Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) of its intent to extend our contract with IDENTOS Inc. for the development and hosting of additional BC Services Card integrated web and mobile applications for digital submissions.

IDENTOS Inc. was contracted directly in accordance with District policy for an initial proof of concept mobile application project below $75,000. The District now intends to enhance the first successful project and IDENTOS Inc. has specific knowledge and dedicated expertise to do so. The District reserves the right, at our discretion, to engage the supplier for additional work for the next five years.

Consulting costs to complete the projects will exceed $75,000.
