PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER REVIEW FOR THE ALASKA BROADBAND GRANT PROJECT

The Division of Administrative Services of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development on the behalf of the ABO, is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to review the technical capabilities of applications to the Alaska Broadband Grant Program.

Failure to contact the procurement officer may result in the rejection of your offer.

ABO has budgeted $550,000 for completion of these reviews. ABO estimates that 50 reviews will be required. The actual number of reviews will differ but should not exceed 65.

There may be a pre-proposal conference held via MS Teams. Those wishing to attend the Teams meeting must contact the Procurement Officer in advance to receive information on how to attend. The pre-proposal teleconference will not be held if there are no parties registered by the deadline in §1.11 RFP SCHEDULE.  The purpose of the conference is to discuss the work to be performed with the prospective offerors and allow them to ask questions concerning the RFP. Questions and answers will be transcribed and sent to prospective offerors as soon as possible after the meeting.

New or amended proposals must be received no later than 176:00 prevailing Alaska Standard Time on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, as indicated by email timestamp. Late proposals will not be considered.
