Inaugural Class Ring Program

Project Description: HCC seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide the business process and structure for an inaugural class Ring Program at one of the largest Community Colleges in the United States. The Class Ring program has never been implemented in the institution’s history, which provides an opportunity to establish standards for a single ring design, ring eligibility, physical visibility of life-size replica ring booths and/or kiosks at each main campus, and ongoing promotion of the Class Ring Program to both students and alumni of the institution. HCC reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contractors.
Developing a Class Ring Program that leads to thousands of class ring purchases a year is a projected goal, and specific examples of innovative, awe-inspiring, and engaging elements added to a comprehensive proposal will be considered. This solicitation shall focus on proposers with innovative track records for success and a plethora of proven steps for cost-effective management of Class Ring Programs.
