Project Description:
The work consists of constructing a steel-framed mechanical platform with metal grating and guardrails within an existing apparatus bay at Fire Station 20, including structural support for suspended mechanical equipment. The project also includes demolition of two (2) existing water-to-water heat pumps and installation of two (2) new heat pumps with associated piping and required modifications to the building’s mechanical systems.
