UConn - PBB Research Support Extension

The project is anticipated to take place from July 2025 through March 2026, with a total estimated value of approximately $6.5 million. The project involves a 3,800-sf renovation of UConn’s Pharmacy Biology Building, with the primary scope of work located on the ground floor. The renovation consists of the fit-out of an existing shell adjoining an existing facility, for additional research support spaces. The project also includes a redesign of the sewage ejection pump, approximately 187-sf of scope, located separately but adjacent to the shell space (southeast of project proper).
