NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”), invites the submission of sealed bids for monitoring, reporting, and operating services for the landfill gas collection and flaring system at the former Town of Natick Landfill (3-year term). , between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. local time, Monday through Thursday, and between 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. (noon) local time, Friday, beginning on September 10, 2025. Sealed Bids will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, October 1, 2025, at the Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, at which time and place all bids will be read in the presence of a witness. If the Procurement Office at the Natick Public Works Building is closed due to weather emergency, the deadline for receipt of Bids shall be extended until 9:00 A.M. local time upon the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of bid opening. Award is subject to appropriation and approval of the Natick Town Administrator.
