NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”) invites the submission of sealed bids for tree pruning and cleanup services in the Town of Natick. The Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) may be obtained from the Procurement Office, c/o Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, by emailing

(noon) local time, Friday, beginning on September 10, 2025. Sealed Bids will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, on September 25, 2025, at the Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, at which time and place all bids will be opening in the presence of a witness. If the Procurement Office is closed due to weather or other emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids shall be extended until 9:00 A.M. on the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of bid opening. Award is subject to appropriation and to vote/approval of the Natick Town Administrator.
