Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to provide interested applicants with information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the Montgomery County Office of Aging Services (MCOAS) to satisfy the need for Senior Intensive Support (previously known as Geriatric Counseling and Outreach Services) for residents of Montgomery County who are 60 years of age or older and have issues that affect their ability to provide sufficient self-care.
